I like comment # 2 on the postings
"If I had to listen to that music the whole time I was walking there I would probably jump off the cliff."

And he is walking while doing some very good camera work. Nuts! If that trail were in Canada or the US, it would SO be shut down to the public. Insane, and I would never, ever do that - crazy as I might have been as a kid.

At one point in time sure but NO and NO for a long time, now. Dennis

Depends on what awaits me at the top, be it enough cash to rival bill gates, or the enlightenment of Siddhartha, sure. And although our guide and his companions seem to flaunt it, there IS a guide wire, that MAY hold a person's weight.

Oh and on finishing the whole video, and taking advantage of the full screen option, I really feel sick with vertigo, now I just had some chinese food but regardless, that movie was sick! Oh and especially at the end! The last few min were like a first person shooter and I kept thinking that the end would be the camera looking back at him from the bottom of the cliff or the hand of the rescue party member sent after him finding the camcorder.

there is a safety line it is no problem.

And I don't particularly like heights.

Compared to mountain climbing this is a paved highway.

True. And while it appears the person filming his walk isn't using it... he is. At around 4:19 to 4:20 into
the tape you can see the line moving as he hooks and unhooks himself at the joints of the safety line.

30 years ago I might walk the trail (and only after 2 beers), but no way I would do it today.
