2008 Mustang Bullitt

As I was attempting to park my MM at the grocery store, searching for a spot, I spotted an '08 mustnag bullitt. As "luck" would have it there was a spot near it so I pulled in and parked. I get out of my car and the owner of the Bullitt is loading groceries into the back of it. I amble up and tell him how nice a car it is and how I like the look of it... and to be quite frank the guy was kind of a jerk. He basically just blows me off and was like "yeah its a nice car, I couldn't pass it up. its got performance everything..." then he gets in and drives away. Maybe I'm just reading too far into this but the guy was an a$$. Whenever someone asks me about the MM or says its nice, they get the whole story about the car and all that jazz. This guy just basically blew me off and drove away and left me thinking one thing "jerk."

Maybe I'm just too sensitive... or he was a jerk. I think he was a jerk.

That guy was an A$$:censor: . he should had said thank you its a great car and BTW , I like yours too . you might have caught him after he mailed out his car payment which is 10-to-12K over the MSRP that Dealers have marked up the price of that vehicle :mad2:. Last summer, I was at a party somewhere between the sticks and the hood, and I snagged rock-star parking. As I go to get more smokes from the car, this bloodshot-eyed kid with no shirt on who reeked of weed and PBR and I knew had a knife in the pocket of his jeans and something else in his car, asked me about the wheels and if they were stock. Being polite, but knowing I was right, said, "Yeah, I think they are.." He explained that the stock wheels were 20s, to which I nodded and agreed... :shake:

A similar story happened today with a Impala SS owner and Impala SS car club member!!

He told me that there is no such thing as a blue Impala SS made in the 94-96 range. He told me flat out that there were only 2 colors, Dark cherry red and black. He said there are a few members of his club that have painted Impala's that color and when I told him I knew of 2 people with that color he then argued with me that they must have painted it or its not a SS and its a caprice. :confused::confused:

For benefit of the doubt and just to be sure, I ask you guys if the 1994-1996 Impala SS had a color blue.

I wouldn't think twice. I've had people come up to me when I have the MM out, that want to talk my ear off, and I don't want to hear it. It's a 4 door, its big and black, I like it, I'm glad you like it, G'day. I get creeped out by people that follow me around to look at the car sometimes.
