Should you buy from them, through a thrid party? If what they are selling is considered, by some, to be slightly better than what the people who will sell direct to you are selling?

Is service or attitude worth anything in the car modifcation business?

If you did buy something under these circumstances and it is not right or you need support, who do you go to for the help? Should maybe be a consideration? Dennis

Yes, there are some people that I go out of my way not to use, that I would rather spend MORE money somewhere else, to get an attitude improvement.
