Last year I cut the grass each week from the middle of April till the end of October, and twice a week during a rainy period in June, and July. My push mower holds about a pint of gas, and I can cut the lawn twice from each fillup. So this year at that same rate it will cost me $6.15 in gas, how much is it going to cost you?

Oh yes Four farm steads from about 5.8, 6.2, 8.9, and 9.2 acres of lawn grass to mow, its not cheep. Ya i brought out our first 1800 gallons of ag diesel at 4.07 per gallon. Thats 7300 bucks:eek::shake: Hope fully that will mow the grass a couple times gut us through on some spring tillage and then get corn in the ground before i have to bring out another 1800 for more tillage and get beans in the ground. Its bad because it affects everyone at the store on higher food prices!!! Sorry guys but say no to ethonol!!!

I cut just under 3 acres in about two hrs. I took the machine to the left to Ohio, because of the 60" cut, where John cuts 5 acres, but mainly feel the heavier machine with floating axles and seat are far superior and actually turn the job into great fun. The zero turn machines are a hoot! We've been using Gravely's since 1968 and are still using the first one we ever bought. :)

When the snow will be gone, it will cost me 145,00 CAN $ every 10 days. Same price and same gardener as for last year.
