Fate took an ugly turn to Frank while out in his Jeep. He wanted his night with Cindy to be perfect, and while it was for her Frank spent the night in the hospital. The christmas tree hunt ended at the first hill crest. They never did get a tree that year but Frank met every nurse in the hospital and Cindy, she had a great time with Jason. Jason was just glad he never said, "lookout for that tree".
