Altitude and 91 Octane.

Does living/driving at Altitude and with 91 Octane change what kind of Tune I need?

I'm also wondering how it would effect things should I drive to Vancouver, through the mountains to sea level.

Do hills effect tunes? I'm talking really big hills.

ie: if a tune is made for non hill driving would driving in hilly territory aggrevate such a tune?

I live at 3800 feet above sea level. I drive to Edmonton which is 1900 feet above sea level, and occasionally to Vancouver which is a few feet above sea level.

Would this effect a performance tune?

fuel is compensated for the elavation in which it is sold.Allthough Calgary's high elavation and low octane fuel is unlike what any of the vender/tunners are used to.I would suspect they would recomend a very non aggresive tune...imo
