If you are standing say 20 miles south of the north pole, then you are within your time zone, but if you then drive, walk, fly east or west, you will gain or lose time rapidly. If you go south time spreads out and if you go north, time stops. Unless you go too far south because time stops again.
You can literally have your birthday, then go for a short flight, and have your birthday again, or be at the point a day before your birthday. etc...
Said flight would only be 63 odd miles long, if you stay 20 miles south of the north pole and in any plane should take less than an hour.
Just keep in mind your compass will be all screwed up.
