Black out head lamp/side marker assemblies. Think these would fit?

the bulbs are in different locations on the CV than the MM. Could be modified to fit maybe.

Yes but didn't they standardize the header panel between the Grand Marquis and the Crown Vic in 03?

they would fit but i cant imagine it'd look very good on a MM.

They will not fit unless you swap out the header panel, the grille, and possibly the front fascia.

BTW: I have those on my '98. :cool:

The crown vic corners have screws toward the rear to mount the lamp that the marauder doesn't have & the headlights will not interchange due to different mounting points/different headlight wiring & connectors & the headlight itself is shaped different on the side that meets the grille.
