For those of you who have attended Oktoberfest in the past, Seymour Indiana's mayor has ordered the immediate evacuation of a large part of the town. Dennis Reinhart's family all live in Seymour and we have no word on how they are doing. Please keep them and all of those affected by the tremendous storms in the midwest in your prayers

I spoke with Sheila this morning, and her and Dennis are trying to get ahold of Cathy.

Dennis' brother Steve lives on a higher plain than Seymour, but 10 inches of rain in 24 hours can flood even the highest of grounds.

Prayers sent while Sheila promises to keep us in the loop.

Stayed tuned..

Mike.

That's rough. Hope all make it out safely. I remmenber the floods of 93 here and seeing all that water where none had been before. While not personally affected, watching the devestation on tv of the areas i had frequently traveled was mind boggling. It's still weird driving through those areas and remembering how unpredictable nature can be.

Good luck to your family Dennis.

What does this have to do with Oktoberfest?

Isn't that in October?

Exactly. They welcomed me into their house as if I was family. They are in my prayers.
