Of particular note is the bottom quyestion about the smoked or darkend tail lights.

Check the laws where you live, they might look nice but if you have them you may be giving to police a reason to pull you over, check you out and or write you a ticket for no other reason.

Umm...its that the same as the cameras at a traffic light? Are they saying if my car violated a law and was filmed...I am not liable because I can say I was not driving the car?

Usually with the traffic light cameras or traffic ticket camera's they have a picture of you in the car.

Might be a good defense for such a ticket though.

This is why camera tickets do not carry points.
