A man leaves for work everyday and takes the elevator from his 10th floor condo. However on his return home if it is not raining or if no one is with him why does he get off on the 7th floor and walk three flights back up to his condo?

Sounds about right. If it is raining, he can push #10 with the umbrella. If someone is with him, they can push #10 or give him a boost.

Otherwise, he meets the blonde in 7C before heading up the steps. ;)

why not 6 or 5? If the elevator buttuns were like that ^ and he never said it was jus a 10 floor building.

I think that if its raining the smell of wet ppl piss him off...
If its alot of ppl...he gets nervous riding wit alot of ppl...
