Frankly, I found the vid to be entertaining and somewhat informative, since it's the first footage of the convertible test mule I've seen to date. Furthermore, to me, at least, it once again proves that aftermarket wheels seldom look nearly as good as the stock units; especially those, (ugh) blue 22's.

The person who did the work on the video did a good job IMHO, but so far as the music goes, our pal Hack would have done a somewhat better job.

ORC, I missed the referenced attack on you, and if someone will point it out to me, the thread will be removed.

So far as Breadfan's point, about the origin or sponsorship of the video, I agree; just because it attributes the source as MCM, that doesn't make it so.

In any case, we'll let it stand, so long as spontaneous nastiness doesn't erupt, remembering we members expect gentlemanly behavior from one another. :)

Dom, what is said on another website makes no difference as to how we conduct ourselves on this site. If you have a high profile here, you can expect little else by posting up challenges there.

And, once again, a reminder, we do not post links to troublesome threads on other sites. Doing so, is an embarrassment to the members of this site; especially those who contribute and support MM.net. Flaming and stirring up trouble is not expected in our community.

If you are putting a video together, wouldn't you include a logo of a site or club you are affiliated with? Since the MCM appeared twice during the video, It would absolutely be safe to say that it was a member of that site who put the video together. I wouldnt know, I dont post or visit the site anymore. I dont like the feeling of being treated like a outsider because I dont have a trilogy or live in Michigan.

Actually 'Defence' is English referring to a county's 'Armed Forces' as used all over the world, except the US.

The other site is sorta of scewed to a certain supercharger brand and city in Michigan. The city parts ok, it was started there by them, for them. IMHO there isn't much there unless you have their brand of FI under your hood or live in Michigan. There are also some disgruntled vendors there, but nothing that can not be had here. I spend 99% of my time here, its more interesting for us NA cars.

Dont see why anyone would deliberately want to stir up s__t between these two groups. I bet most of us still dont understand why the split occurred and I for one as a member of both have at least tried to get everyone on the same page. With such a small ownership group anyway, we need to get along.
