What is a tag line? I know, I see the box at the bottom of the thread, but what does it mean? And what am I missing that Rich sees that is annoying?

I have the same question. How are they generated, random sampling from threads, admin assign, thread author assign, can they be user edited, what are they for, a search function if so they are so off the wall only a babbling idiot would search using those phrases?

They show up at the very bottom of my screen and seem to be completely pointless. I wouldn't miss them if they disappeared.;)

Why can't I edit or create tags? I was going to add something completely juvenile and incomprehensible like "Goat Balls" to this post, so that everyone would wonder just what kind of person would do such a thing. But I have been thwarted!!!

It only affects 'Two Site Posters'; I have no problem with it for it appears at the bottom of the screen for me too. :D
