Things change, priorities evolve and I know you have put lots of thought into this sale. The legend will continue. You are still welcome at CAM events ... even if you show up driving a Challenger. ;)

Hope the beast goes to a very good home and sad to see it go.

Like I've said before.. Some will be happy, some sad.... just because I sell the car does not mean I leave these sites. Nah, love 'em or hate 'em, .Net and MCM.com are my internet homes. Kinda like older folks who go maintain duel residences in different states. Some friends you hate to love, others you love to hate, but yer all friends regardless.
So whats next? Hmm, well... I am not ready to divulge the scoop just yet. But I'll give a hint.. She's much more maintanence, easy on the eyes and by all means, not a Dodge product! That said, please dont hijack the thread into guessing what I'm up too. Just trust me, it is worth it.

Good luck with the sale. Somehow i knew the day would come sooner than later... hopefully you can make it up for one more NE meet before the end of summer?
To think...your old burnout video re-ignited an interest in these cars for myself.
Cheers brotha, and good luck.

Charlie is the tint 40% or 35%? If the the film is 35% it will not pass inspection since the factory windows have a 97 or 98% factory tinting to them already so it equals out to 32 or 33% when measured. Just a heads up on it cause my 89 5.0 had 35% on it and it didn't pass.

The stock windows on the MM are way more than 2 or 3% light filtering. I had my MM recently measured, w/ 35% film, and it is 28% front and rear, net transmitted light. The only tint that is technically going to be totally legal on these cars is 50%. 40%, if you can find a shop that uses it, would probably be within the 1-2% error range of the cop's meter, I would not want to find out after paying for the install, that it won't pass. The 35% "looks" close enough that I can't imagine getting bothered by cops, if you are in a state where 35% NET is the law. I got bothered in virginia where 50% net is the law for the fronts. They require 35% net on the rear, and the cop said he wouldn't bother me about 28% being close enough. I didn't get a ticket though and damned if I am taking my tint off

I was very specific when I had the windows tinted. They are legal. The film is about 40% added to windows that are tinted from the factory to about 75%. Last time I test the tinted window with a tint meter, it passed.

Do NOT sell Defyant Marauder for an engagement ring!
Not that I'm trying to talk you out of getting married...I just got hitched last year to a wonderful woman.
BUT I took out a home equity loan to help pay for 'The Rock'.
I was not going to trade any of my vehicles for a hunk of aged carbon!....:D

You could fly to St. Thomas and get a 2 carat vv s1 on a 3oz platinum mount for as little as 7k duty free that apprases at 18k stateside and keep the car, and get a nice tan to boot.

Keep in mind Charlie's work keeps him busy.... no steady shifts... he'll respond when he gets on line.
If I were to answer you for him, I'd say "Yes" just drive carefully in the inclement stuff, and use the right tires.
Right foot down and she may come around.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the interest in my car. I have a buyer. What I dont have is the stones to let'er go. LOL.
Seriously, this car is controled by my left foot. The more pressure on the throttle, the faster you go in all weather. With good tires and lite throttle, this car will behave like any other. Question is: Can you keep your foot out of it?
I just got back from a short vacation (not from .net). I will be calling my buyer soon. :(
