Yes, they are. I see them from time to time on the interstate. Tampa and Miami area seem to have a good concentration of them. I believe they are to be used until 150,000 miles are reached and then they will be retired.

Yup, there is a state trooper barracks less than a 1/4 mile from my job, and yes I saw one this morning. I have to tell the guys at work not to run up on one and think it's me. There has been 2 instances that were brought to my attention and one did get pulled and ticketed. Dumb A** didn't remember I have a Blue Marauder vinyl on my back window.
