Kadiddlebabe is scheduled for some surgery this coming Monday 8/4/08. I am taking a week or so off work to take care of her at home. Frankly I am stressed way out with getting used to new mgmt over me at work and health issues Kadiddlebabe has been having. Please pray for her to have a routine surgery, and an easy recovery, and for my sanity.

The two of you are in our prayers. Just make time for yourself daily, doing something that brings a sense of wellbeing and control, to sustain you when things are stressful. And connect with your friends. Ask for help with things like shopping, cooking, running errands. Friends will want to support you. That's what they're for. And you always have us here on the forum to talk to!:)

Kadiddlebabe went through her surgery just fine this past Monday. She says it feels like a bus ran over her when the pain meds start wearing off. I think they do nasty things to you when you are unconscious and neglect to tell you about it later. :) She is sleeping a lot, not surprising since we didn't sleep much Sunday and Monday nights. I am starting to get caught up on rest but it's time for my nap now.

Thanks for all the support. It helps to know that people care.
