Jaguar is doing pretty good too.

Ford really did straighten Jaguar out, funny they didn't fix Land Rover.

I can tell you on the Subaru Forums they are compalining about how bad this survey is, how it is not representative of Subaru and how Subaru is so much better than Ford or Mercury etc...

Anybody have the scores for 03 and 04?

I read someplace its because Mercury sells most of its cars now to two groups that historically dont complain about their cars, women and old folks.

THAT sounds a typical for media, domestic auto maker does good, Press does not even acknowledge their efforts.
