For Sale : Federal Twinsonic Lightbars

I have two Federal Twinsonic Lightbars (model CTS) for sale, one working and one not working. The working one is in fair condition, the non-working one has a offset hole in the top (Antenna maybe ? ) that someone tried to repair (unsuccessfully) with bondo & silicone. I have not diagnosed the non-working one, all the parts seem to be there, but with power applied nothing illuminates or moves. The domes could use a good polish, but no signficant cracks. The non-functional bar has a siren driver, but did not test.
I would like to sell them as a set, but I am open to negotiaions.

I do a lot of free-lance film & television work, and I have a lot of misc. props, sets & costumes.
