Maybe we should add a second performance barcode, taking into account your mods and dyno's etc...

Sushi is the rice used to make the dish, not the fish. It is always labled that way to make it easy for us. I do agree that it's wrong to mis-label consumables especially, but that is just how our world has come to be caviat emptor (sp, let the buyer beware) Albacore is most generally the cheaper whitefish. Just a fact of life.

Sushi is the whole dish general name. There is always a type of Sushi made of Sushi gohan, the type of rice used, and the topping.

Tako is my favourite.
