Just wanted to get your thoughts on this. Has a 4.6 and 375 hp and found it quite remarkable.

Car and Driver compared this car's arrival to the party-crasher that showed in 1989 and screwed it up for the Germans. The 1990 Lexus LS400.

I think the coupe only comes with the v-6 for now. Saw one at the car show, it looked pretty nice. The sedan has the big engine.

Hm...I think Hyudani has a pretty good build record. Certainly for their new ones
I am almost positive their plant is in North America...so are hm...all "imports"

i been a hyundai tech for 5 years now, their quality is much better and i would easily compare them to toyo or honda. the new genesis is nice looks big, even parked next to the owners 7 series bmw. i still wouldnt own one, but working on hyundai's has financed a new home, a MM, a Lightning, my wifes honda and a few other toys so i would encourage all of you to buy one:P and yes the sonata and some sante fe's are built in alabama, the rest of the line up including the genesis is built in korea. hyundai will open another plant here next year . the sticker on the genesis says it has 4% U.S. parts. so far the classes ive taken on the coupe say it will have a 295hp 3.8V6 and also a turbo 4cyl that came out of the dodge neon

After owning a kia. I won't EVER spend another dime on an asian import. Sure it had a great warranty but it was always in the shop!! It was a pile of crap. Not to mention when it did break...It would leave my wife stranded on the freeway TWICE. My 20 year old foxbody has never done that...
