6 Way Power Seats, Adjustment

ok sorry to be posting another thread,

um that back support dont come up as for as the passenger,
does I adjusted both seats at the same setting, and the passenger
feel's a whole lot better,

I like when the back support is as far up as possiable lol,
I like to sit straight and the marauder is not allowing me to do so,

any ways, is that the way it is from factory?, if so would it be weird
just to switch seats from one side to the other?

I know it will be a lil odd being that ther is that small sideing of cloth
instead of all leather but if that would fix the problem could it work?...

Never noticed a difference between L & R, had them totally disassembled to add the heaters and see no reason the position of the backs wouldn't be the same. They are mirror images of one another. The seat position and occupant safety sensors are different from left to right also.

You can't switch them from side-to-side because they have side airbags. My seats work fine.

Just a thought, you may be able to loosen the bolts which attach the back to the base and push the seat back forward while re-tightening the bolts to take advantage of any "slop" in the mounting holes.

I noticed how far the back support went up cause I have long arms and need it leaned back.

I know my Drivers seat goes back further than the passenger.....wait that's cause I did the little mod. Man what a difference an inch makes in leg room.

I think your right about the safety sensors, for safety reasons,
the driver seat cant go as far up as the passenger, the back support
that is, oh well thanks lol I just might try loosen those bolts like you,
were saying mabey that might work thanks...
