Power steering seepage?

Ive notice the last few times ive changed the oil that the line from the cooler to the rack seems really loose, also the line from the pump to the rack seems wet.

I have never had to add fluid to the resivor but it seems wet like it seeps.

is there any o-rings or something that could be bad?
anyone else run across this?

You may need new o-rings. The fitting is supposed to be tight but the hose is "loose".

the fitting does seem a little loose.

the hose i can wiggle back and forth about 3 inches where it turns from metal to rubber hose

would that be o-rings?
