I just noticed tonight trying to install my new rear speakers that they go through CARPET!!! ICK!!! My 03 had grills....

Anyone have some for sale?

300A's have grills 300B's dont.

If yours is an '04 its a 300A....but not the same as the '03 300A's.....all '04's are 300A's....sorry about being technical..

Go to your local stereo shop. They'll have punched grilles from packages of 6x9's lying around. Many come with grilles which are discarded in installs that don't call for them.
The grilles will have frames and a cover. Just do what's obvious - cut hole, mount frame, cover with grille.
If no luck there, John Kuhn may have the same and if still no luck I can get them for you.

Just pull the rear seat out its not that hard, i did it twice. It looks cleaner w/o the grills.

Its not looks I'm concerned about its the sound.

My car is a 300a? I thought for sure it was a B since it is missing so much from my other car.

Which ones you need?

The plastic ones that cover the speaker...or the metal mesh that is attached to the rear cover panel?

call a junkyard and see if they have any from a GM CV or possibly MM.... they might sell them to you for like $5. thats what they do around here.... in fact the one i used to work at has a 300A with speaker grills in it
