Although we had a blast, we had to cut our trip a day short :bigcry:

On Friday (not wanting to visit the zoo) I made the [good] mistake of finding the nearest Petland. After a 35 mile hike, and a decisive lunch at the Mexican joint next door, we came home with 2 new family members. :D

Here they are, Ellie and Archie (named because we were late getting to the St Louis Arch )

Ellie, the Soft Coated Wheaton. She will be 30-40lbs.
Archie, the Mixed Breed Rescue. He will be anwhere from 40-75lbs, we wont know until he is done growing.

Marauderville was well worth the trip judging from your beautiful souvenirs! Ellie and Archie are the cutest. Congratulations on the furry family members!!

Don't you know by now that there are places you don't go with your other half......Jewelry stores, Victoria secrets, feminine hygiene isles, Fur coat stores, and PET STORES.

Good luck with the pups, may they be house broken SOON.

I like Archie a lot. Reminds me of my first dog Ralphie.

Wheaties are cool!!! I dated a gal who had one and helped with the training. Neat dogs with a lot of personality. You will love it.

And, rescues know they "owe you one" and are very loyal.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Terry said they could take me home with them, too, but Zack was afraid I'd pee all over the carpets.;)

I didn't know my GPS kept "top speed" until I saw that :rolleyes:I discovered that just before I arrived in St. Louis. Except my top speed was listed as 161 mph. :burnout:Wish that I could take credit for that. :dunno: So makes me doubt the rest of that info.
