The ground is so saturated and the force of the water causes that to happen :confused: I believe that happens wherever there's large flooding.

Up here, we put a huge concrete slab over caskets in the ground. Has to be about a foot thick and overlaps the dimension of the casket by 1 foot on all sides. Has deceased persons name cast into the slab. They are a nice shiney copper color too. Can't wai to get mine.

That there is your problem.... What a mess.

The caskets are sealed and the water table forces them out of the ground. That is why there are no in-ground burials in Key West and the French Quarter has so many above ground crypts.

I gotta ask about pic#7. Do people actually drive on that (sans water), or ski down it?

I'd hate to have to pull a 15,000kg trailer up it or something.

It saddens me to see the destruction and what little is left with so much mess, but at the same time I'm also at awe at how powerful mother nature can be.
