So i bought my MM in April 2007 and i love it. had a 94 CVPI before it so i really just hoped in and took off....
since then i have noticed small things like when window lock is on the other window switches in the car do not illuminate, and that no matter how much i try, my side pockets on the door, are useless, unlike the CVPIs.
but i just found something new. never seen it before, guess i just always scanned over it, but the little red reflector on the door..... assuming its for when your door is open and a car is coming from behind, they can see your door is open.
haha i feel dumb but never spotted it until i saw it on another members post for selling his. just ran out to make sure mine had it too lol

It definitly does
So does mine, the passenger side also has a reflector but both rear doors don't.

There's no way thats your car.

whatever
guess i just overlooked it. now it if was like a cadillac, which have a light on when the door is open, i would have noticed it sooner.
heh, not to brag, but I noticed it when I first went to see my car when it was in the show room. The old van didn't have them, and when I was inspecting it, I though gee thats a nifty feature. And wow those are some nice seats, I gotta say the miles really show on my seat.
. . . yes I say nifty in my head. . .

Can we point out other things to you?
Like:
1. The front lights have a cornering light that comes on an illuminates the side of the road for the direction your signal light is activated on.
2. The Stereo is speed sensitive for volume and and has different setting 1 to 8 for intensity level.
3. The cassette deck has a search function. And these also work on CD's both in dash and on the changer.
4. The lumbar support in the little button on the front of your front seats.
5. You can not lock your keys in the ignition, unless you do so with your door keypanel code and other combination of numbers, you need to look these up. They also allow you to open the trunk and other things.
6. The seat belt sockets, front, are in the wrong place and should be butted up against the centre console.
7. The sun visors are of a dual nature and allow you to use them, the smaller ones, if you are tall, with the larger as side visors or just folded back into their normal rest postion. Just don't try to close the little ones until you move the large ones back to the side postion.
8. Centre location for rear cup holders. These are not great cup holders if you are moving, unless you can snap your cup into them.
9. Spare tire is held inplace on the shelf with an eye screw, when removed you can place a larger (rear) sized spare on the floor of the trunk and it give you surpirsingly more trunk room.

in response too your numbers.....
1. all panthers have this from 1990? and up
2. max level is max level....... doesnt get louder on 8 if your going 100 mph or 70 mph
3. Only Cassete tapes get Dolbly:rolleyes:
4. lumbar adjustment is too high on back rest.... needs to be lower. im short
5. if the 2 furtherst right puttons are pressed on outer keypad, it will lock the doors.
6.not a problem, just adds wear marks to the seat prematurely
7.never knew that:D too short to use them.... my old CVPIs smaller flap just held papres for me, so i never even thought of folding either of the smaller flaps down.
8. useless and rear vent does not push out much air
9.spare tire is a hassel to get out. awkward design.
