A couple of severe whackjobs on crack or something. One thing for sure is they sure have crappy police over there. The second that one in the red took a swing the officer should have just pounced on her ass and put her to the ground. It was obvious she was a psycho and needed her legs hobbled as well with quickties or whatever. Its a damn strange world out there.
