Rocker panel

I was under my car for a good part of the day passing the power wires for the suspension compressor back to it's new home in the trunk, Thankyou Rich Long for the idea.
Anyway, While I was under the car I noticed that my plastic rocker panels under the doors had leaves and those maple tree helicopter things sticking out from the lower lip.
How do you remove these panels so that I can clean it?

Screw in front, screw in back.
Pry off.

$55 to replace if you destroy it.

Thanks for the quick reply, I think that I will just remove the screws, pry it out a little and use compressed air the blow it out
