Was wondering if any of you guys with superchargers are running a stock trans and t/c? If so, how long? Any problems?

as long as your arent in a stupid nuts HP range and beating the crap out of your car all the time, you will be fine.

Just wondering, the Nitto 420s 255-55-18 is an optional tire for the MM rear correct? Another question, is this a car or truck tire? Good for light snow?

I'm only around 385-400 hp without a good trans tune (which will be needed eventually). She has 52,000 miles and only 5,000 of that is s/c. I could easily see problems down the road if i don't get this thing to shift faster but so far so good. BTW trans and t/c are stock.

Do the J-Mod, yesterday! And have me jack the line pressure up a little more.

As long as your trans isn't old it should be ok. Mine blew out, but I had like 115,000 miles on it.

I have 70K turned yesterday, 40K supercharged miles.
I am stock T/C & stock Trilogy tune.
I had a transmission rebuild done @45K but it was not failing at all.
The SM said it was cheaper to pay ESP deductible, than routine trans service.

My trans made it 160K miles and the last 76K miles with the blower....it started slipping a little from a stop!!:argue:

I don't do burn outs......extremely tough on your drive train but must be fun??

I am installing an extra trans fluid cooler tomorrow hoping to keep fluid temps around 180* which is the recommended temp for optimum trans life??:cool4:
