I just got my 82 El Camino back on the road this past weekend. It has been sitting for 4 years. Some dry-gas in the tank, new fuel filter, oil change, coolant change, and master cylinder and brake bleed and shes rolling 80's style!! I'm working on growing out my mullett and picking up a White Snake tape so I can fit in with other El Camino drivers! The reason I'm driving her now is because the Marauder just hit 15000 miles and its time to let her rest for a while. I will drive the Marauder maybe two times a week to pick up the kids, but other than that, I'm keeping the miles down!

Once you go Chevy, you can never break away... unless you are JustBob. :D

My grandfather bought the El Camino new so it has a special place in my garage! I wish he would have bought a Ford, but I was 3 when he bought it, so I didn't have much say!

I enjoyed my first Marauder for about 60000 miles in 2-1/2 years. I have already put 6000 miles on this one in about the last 5 months. It had 9000 on it when I got it back in late July. I want this one to stay fresher, longer!

Well you do have a point sir. Ford is a better quality, but I like the style of a Chevy more.
