Nice!:).......but I'm sticking to my Webber charcoal grill for the turkey. (using indirect heat) Perfect, juicy turkey with great smoked flavor every time-----------in half the time. :turkey:

Gotta be pushing 350... hell I got 20lbs of welding wire in it I bet!

deep fried turkey the only way to go and in about an hour depending on pounds. Never had one not come out right. Every T-day I do one smoked (takes forever but nice and juicy) and 1 deep fried some family members cannot eat all the grease thats in a deep fried turkey but boy are they good!!! :cool::rolleyes::rolleyes:
