I know we discussed this a few months ago and it seems the Detroit Locker is the best bet. I want to know what model to get, how much it's going to be, what you guys think labor should be too. Any other suggestions I am also open for. Thanks!

Buy an Eaton or Cobra diff, have a Ford dealer install it.

As has been posted on the net, I would try the FRPP Cobra HD diff rebuild kit before spending my money on another rear. My rebuild has been very successful and still burns twin stripes.
