Representing thousands miles away!!!! The only rauder in a whole country...

Hey guy..... I was a former CAM member, but i recently got stationed in the Middle East. :argue:I want to show u guys a couple of pics of the local area. I just receive my car last week and i couldn't wait to get on the road. I in a country called Bahrain near Saudi Arabia. It's is a very nice place. I been here for two months and I love it. It almost like a undeveloped Las Vegas. But I can say i hold the title as the only Marauder in this whole Country of Bahrain. Everywhere i go, people stop and stare. The Marauder is not only a show stopper in the US. It's turning many heads in the Middle East. So fair well u guys. I miss my CAM members already. :bigcry:

My brother-in-law goes to Bahrain on a monthly basis I think, if he sees your car he will freak.Mine is in his driveway in Va. atleast 4 times a year and he loves MM.

I bet that gas is pretty cheap over there? atleats I would think so.I could only imagine the reaction of people over there. I think there just use to seeing the big Bmw's and Mercedes., But it look in the one pic there was either a crew cab Dodge or Chevy truck far off in the background

Panther platform cars are BIG in the middle east, they have twice the amount of trim packages they ever offered north america, and they are considered luxury cars, while here they are just work horses.

That is kinda what I thought. Remember a week ago some guy from there had posted a pic of his customized Grand Marquis. I have always been told BY salvage pools they love are big cars that is why they by the totals at the s-pool. They take them back there and for a penny on the 5-dollar fixem back up. If you go to a ins auto auction you will see hundereds of them there and there buying nothing but big cars.They put them in large containers behind a bigrig take them to the coast and ship them back.
If you talk to a local salvage yard they will agree they all say the salvage prices on big stuff is to high it is due to them.

U got that right! I fill the Rauder up for $15. I'm too spoiled.

That's so true. The economy is so good over here. They have the luxury of having three major malls on the same street and they both be filled with shoppers. These people have money to waste over here. Money is the least of their problems.

if i had to guess i would say 75 cents a gallon. it cost me about 13 dollars to fill up the marauder.

It's about the same in the states. But it not really enforce that much. The police don't really have radars in there car. They let the cameras do all the ticketing.
