Well, I just picked up a 01 CVPI and I'm looking for a board that kicks butt and can help me learn about the BIG BODY'S!!!! I've been around mustangs and had my share of them, so I know my way around a car, but would like some helpfull tips on the new ride. I know I am on a Marauder forum, but I figure you guys would be able to help me in my quest of a nice 4 door.
Board looks good, and you guys have some sexy vehicle's for sure.
I'll post some pics up some time tomorrow or the next day. Which ever day my camera decides to work.

Kamdon, welcome to the site, keep your CVPI and work on gettin' a Marauder, that way you're getting cake and eating it too!

I have a question. Will a front bumper cover off of a MM fit on a Vic?
I like the fogs, and don't want to put fogs in the GRILL, so I was thinking of doing a MM front bumper. Any ideas?

I think Sanco is attempting to do just that, I'd pm him and see what he says. He's got a nice CVPI. You still need to get a Marauder.

Not sure, but I believe you have to change the header panel and grille also.
Maybe headlights, too.

Sounds like too much work. LOL
I will just stick with the stock bumper and not have fogs. I'll just wait till I can have the REAL thing..... :D

You need the updated springs for the rear to get rid of the a$$ sag effect. :banana2:

A PI without a spotlight= Kewl. Throw on some LX sport wheels, Marauder corners, And black out the rear chrome and you'll be good to go. BTW,:welcome:

sweet looking ride...I personally think that a CVPI can be modded up with the best of them. 'If its running the 3 valve heads (not really sure what the interceptor package actually consists of) there are literally tons of performance mods that are a lot cheaper than some of the stuff Ive seen advertised to add power to our 4 valve motors...I know the MM purists tend to be a bit snobby towards the Vics and GM's as "Marauder wannabees" but I bet there are more than a few MM's that have been smoked by them.
I have been spending time in a local speed shop called HPP and yes, they have wicked cobras, vettes and GT's in there but they also hot rod up other 4.6 and 5.0's. I say vive le difference...

ps..I'd go with Eagle GT's on dog dish cop rims and lower it a bit.

Whats that? Got a pic?
The ass looks like it sagging because there is a dip in the grass where it is sitting.
I will get some pics of it on level ground when it stops raining.
I don't plan on making this any kind of FAST car. It rides good and is decent on gas. More then I can say for my old Fox.
Thats another thing. I have a 03 Cobra with around 640rwhp, so I have my speed machine. I just am using this one as a DD.
But it does need a little more power then it has. :D
The quote of a never ending story..... lol
