If I'm not mistaken, our current number of politicians in D.C. was based on the population at the time the Federalist Papers were written, and if the number increased per U.S. population, we should have about 6 to 8 thousand Congressmen/women. I'm all for that for ONE reason, lobbyists would go broke trying to bribe that many officials, and WE the people might actually be represented again. Can I get a what what.

Paul, I invite you to add a poll to your thread.

A simple question with just two answers: YES, or, NO.

The question:

Should there be term limits for the US Congress and Senate?

Let's not get political, nor get involved in a "my senitor is OK; but yours is a crook" debate, just Yes or No.

I'll be the first respondant: YES
