Where to start? Front bumper

Hey guys, looking for a front bumper replacement, someone managed to hit my car while parked. :bigcry: I need to replace bumper, header panel and everything in between. Will aftermarket bumpers line up correctly or just go through ford even though super expensive??? Also any suggestions on headlight and foglight upgrades while imin there.

I put aftermarket on the wife's car. Just make sure and sand off the seams left behind by the molds.
