Go for it, and live the experience of owning a Jag.....
Oh, and just keep your wallet open, no sense closing it up.
Hey guys, wanna start a pool on which one of the fancy dodads fails first?

What would these cost as additions to my Marauder?
Supercharger (trilogy single)
Charcoal leather interior power heated memory seats
GPS navigation system Bluetooth connectivity
Xenon headlamps
Automatic 4-zone climate control
DVD player with video screens in headrests
Rear multi-media controls cd changer Alpine premium sound system
Chrome 19 inch Custom sport wheels tire pressure monitoring system
Heated wood steering wheel
Automatic dimming mirrors
Adaptive cruise control
Trip computer
Rear side window blinds
Power rear window sunshade
Power folding door mirrors
Rain sensitive windshield wipers
Front and rear park control (beeps)
For 10-15K I could upgrade to a 2006 Super V8 Jaguar, which has all of this and more.
If you need to ask.... you can't afford them.

Sage advice... I would heed it!

Do we sell that stuff here? I had NO idea that MM.net was a retail center too. WOW. I think there would be no problem ruining a $25,000 budget on that ridiculous list of things you will NEVER buy.

I had always wanted a Jag, so I grabbed a 1994 XJ-12. Ran great, but worked on it a lot over the two years I had it.... Things just wouldn't ever work right. So I sold it....
I also have always wanted a Maserati......... I'm dumb, but I'm not stupid !

That interior would look like A $ $ in a Marauder. If you want wood trim stick to the Grand Marquis.

Enjoy your Jag. Drop in often to tell how much you like it and where we too can buy one. We are dying to know as I am sure that you can tell. Dennis

MGM has plastic trim.
Jaguars are reliable and cheap to maintain, whats your point?

So buy one trade in the Marauder, join a Jag website and waste thier bandwith complaining about how you miss your Marauder and the fact that your Jag is always in the shop and random posts...

I can honestly say my dad did something like that in the late 70s. Some guys put in Chevy engines and their problems were solved, who would have thought?
Now Aren you aren't the only person who has thought about getting rid of the Marauder for something that had all the features you wanted. Illis (I think that's his name on here) got rid of his Marauder for a 300 SRT8. He told me it was faster, handled better... ya know all the stuff we wanted from the factory, but still it's no Marauder.
Listen to your heart, sounds like you have the funds to do either if you are even considering a "new" Jag.

 That was before Ford fixed the Jag's problems :D
So buying a Jag is almost like buying a Ford :argue:
