In my opinion I will have to gracefully disagree with you on this one. Deffinately not accidental...he looks over his left shoulder after his partner notices them then in one motion he swings his arm out and takes out the girl friend...

Nah, he was being a jerk.
If the guy really had an aggression problem, he'd have beaten the guy when he was down, or kicked him in the head.
He showed excellent restraint in my opinion.

Wonder why the camera was rolling on those two guys to start with? Looked to me like they were "close friends" at first.
