Since I'm about the only East Coast Marauder this is a long shot, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. A great way to get in the mood for Christmas and certainly an entertaining night out:



The Dartmouth Concert Band (of which I am a member) will be performing their final Christmas concerts this Sunday the 7th at 7pm and Thursday the 18th at 7pm. The music is a diverse selection ranging from North American to Spanish traditionals, Jazz/blues arrangements and many more. A number of the arrangements lend themselves to song, so brush up now!
The concerts last about one hour, and are great for the whole family. Most of the entertainment is provided by our conductor who has a unique and easy raport with the audience.

Will do. My Bari solo in "The Grinch" is a hoot.
