How do we post up links using only a word?

Like ^ it ^ says i've seen many times where in the middle of a sentance i see a link that says here or linky or whatever the author chooses, how is this done?

Also i've noticed actual youtube windows in posts instead of just a link. Once again how is this done? I've seen the share buttons on their site but didn't know which one to use.

I always wondered this myself, ask killjoy or red about the one word links, I always see them do it, and ask crtlraven about the YouTube vids.

OK...you need to learn basic...uhh...I forget what it's called....

However, if you understand how to post a link in general, you are half way there. You now only need to add some TAGS to the url link.

The tags are enclosed by brackets [before] and [after] the link.
Adding the word as you say, goes somewhere between the first tag, and the url.

EXAMPLE using the funny bracket instead of the correct bracket so that the examples show up:

The tags layout in this fashion: {URL=INSERT THE URL HERE}CLICK HERE{/URL}

The first tag is {url= and the end tag is {/url}

Doing this, only the CLICK HERE shows as a hot link.
