Nitto 555 235/50ZR/18
Just caught gigantic piece of metal last night and now I need to get some new tires ASAP. Thinking about this set up all the way around. Anyone running this tire and/or size set up on their rauders. How does it handle? Any noticeable difference from stock?
I have a 300A so traction control is not an issue.
Any helpful opinions are appreciated.

I've had the 555's for 4 years now and they are "Light Years" better than the BFG's!!!:bows:
I run the 255's up front and 295's out back.....usually get 30-40K miles out of them before they get a little noisy!! BTW....I could hardly get 15K miles on the BFG's!!!:argue::mad2:
Give them a try....bet you'll NEVER look back!!:shake:

All over the OEMS in every regard. 245/45/18 fronts, 295/45/18 rears. Better handling, better mileage and much better tracking down the road, and yes; they wear like iron. Dennis..I will not run anything else.

Is this setup with widened rears?
You can find them on E-bay. I just purchased a pair from a dealer in Florida Nitto 555 235/50/18

I am happy with mine. Of course the ride it a little rough over bumps. Then again, that might be from the cut coils.

I'm going to be running these tires in 265/50/18 and 255/45/18 on 9" wide FR500's this spring. I've heard great things about them.

Good call. I am looking at running them in the same size - 255/45-18 on a set of 18" FR500 wheels on the Crown Vic. I have never heard anything but good about those tires!

I've got the 555's on the 20's on my Lincoln and have really liked them so far. Great traction in the dry, decent in the wet. Over-all a great tire for the price. They do run a little 'narrower' than some tires though in section width. Sidewalls seem firm on somewhat heavy driving, and they are quiet...
