Hard deletes are rarely done with the consent of the entire admin.

Perhaps you are mistaken, which makes the post we do see the one you may want deleted.

Any additional info helps. Like when we ask advice on Marauder or anything it's always nice to have more then one option. This question was no different, a question is a question. I think the only reason it was deleated was because I mentioned MCM and the fact that more of us .net'ers have been going there/signing up is making others veer away from here. That's just me. :mad:

Wait let's a few things straight here. I am not encouraging anyone to go over there and second I have no heros in relation to the Mercury Marauder. One thing I don't understand Berry, is why it's a problem that I post over there. I have been a member for a year and a half, not a week.

I think we had a failure to communicate, but it's kinda surprizing that one would say "see ya" just like that and it hasn't been the first time either. :(

Actually I see his post about MCM being deleted uncalled for because honestly I was going to say the same thing if the person needed to get hold of Zack or wanted to talk to him. I only sent the OP Zack's email. Who knows Zack might be like me and check the forums several times a day but check email once.

His post would have not started any trouble and of course now look where we are at.

From one moderator of several forums to another if you soft delete a post made by a member to PM or email them a reason behind it unless it was merit to do so because it violated forum rules otherwise it's showing bias opinion of the moderator who deleted it. Is that not a fair thing to do?

Here we go again. Is it the economy, holiday season, dragstrips shutdown for the year, car in storage or what? I've tried to look the other way of all the arguing going on around here lately and its getting quite hard when a good percentage of people are site shifting (me included) or the fact that every 1 in ??? are posts complaining of something (with some having good merit).

I posted originally to get the contact info from him to give to Zack on sunday but thought better to just PM him. I try to help whenever i can and was trying to stop yet another arguement, this time over something completely stupid. I see that didn't work.

I've met some really nice people here and just wish that we could get a fresh start. I think that we should cut my friends vacation short to start with, test out our new vendors discussion section, drink some egg nog thats tainted with with something very hard and try and relax for awile.

I work in commercial construction and as some of you can imagine there is nothing but grief all day with tempers flairing, and sometimes fists flyin. When i get home i get to walk into a house of three children screaming and fighting till bedtime. This is one of my few places of serenity and it seems to be dissolving quickly.

Sorry in advance if some of you feel differently, and also sorry for wasting your time.

I too, must admit. I've been a Marauder website whore. I never thought of crossing over, I've checked the website out before as a visitor, but really had no intentions of joining. It is the holidays and I like to be in the holiday spirit. It does bother me to see certain members go at it. I also feel certain subject/topics and members have been swept underneath the rug, in hopes it and they never come back. Just my opinion. I hope we've hit bottom. In that sense, there's only one way to go, and that's UP!
