I would have that checked out right away especially if it was a long and thin piece of metal. You are not supposed to touch any of the stuff under the hood that has yellow markings. ;)

The Phaeton has power folding door mirrors, do Marauder side mirrors fold by hand, by power or are they fixed? My Mustang had fixed mirrors. The manual suggests that the mirrors might fold but then the manual mentions lots of things that the Marauder doesn't do. I don't want to break a mirror.
