Cheap, when you consider what these cost new. In 2k, it cost 72k up "upfit" a Suburban to level 5 armor, with run flats, self sealing gas tank, armored battery, mine protection, 38mm glass, with roll down front glass, plus some other options...... I don't think I would do that twice.
