Here is my new DD. The Thunderturd had a good run, and I had convinced myself to keep it for a while longer but the addition of our second child changed my plans. I will miss her, but look forward to driving the LS. Thanks RoyLPita for running the VIN for me. The LS is a 2005 with 42,000 miles but looks flawless.

IMO just put better looking rims on, i think the earlier models with the chrome 5 spokes looked nice!

LOL, maybe I should. It has the V-8 and the sport suspension package. I kind of like the way the rims keep it from being too flashy as a dd.

That was my other option when I was buying the MM. I had a friend, who's a car nut, go test drive an LS V8 sport, and an MM back to back, and I asked him which car to buy. He told me to get the LS and that the MM handled like a dinosaur by comparison. I bought the MM. LOL. I have never been good at listening to people. I probably should have bought the LS. Wren't there transmission issues with some of the earlier years of that car?

Yeah, Ford had to issue a could of shift schedule updates. I think they got it all sorted out in the first couple of years. The later models had some coil pack issues, but the warranty has been extended on them.

My brother sold his MM for an 07 LS.... He loves it! But his is black on black with the silver accent interior, so its like a mini marauder.

I have always loved the LS. Looks very nice! The newer TBirds and LS are identical beneath the out shell. Even the dash is the same lol.

BTW how do ya like that nifty push button E brake? I got a laugh out of it first time I saw it. The LS makes the MM look like a dinosaur though, with all the neat little features.
