.....that an entity from off our planet, brought biological waste to this planet, (because it was uninhabited) and buried it below ground, than that dinosaurs decayed, and that is crude oil.
Lets just not charge them too much to bring us more.

Oil is the plants not the dinosaurs.
What? Everyone knows plants turn into gold.

What I'm trying to get at is, prove to me with chemistry, not theory, that this is true.
All these theories don't explain why there are pockets of crude, instead of a blanket of crude below the surface. There are many arguments for this theory, I have as many against.

Different geological conditions/configurations are necessary to produce crude oil versus decomposition in layers, such as in a compost pile. Crude oil is formed through a series of pressures and temperatures that result in pockets, rather than layers.

Good argument, still just theory, no proof, if DNA can be used to prove human genomes, then this shouldn't be difficult. (I am not going to try to pi$$ people off, just find the truth.)

i don't care where it came from, as long as it stays affordable.

Synthetic lubricants can be produced from a variety of materials, but two of the key process variables are heat and pressure.

A lot of reading, and I agree with everything written, still does not go back to the original source of coal, Etc.

I know, I'm probably muddying up this whole thread with facts, but that's just the way I am.;)

Yes a lot of good theory, but still no proof that it started here, I've studied this for a long time, and have never seen "proof". Why is it petroleum, and not diamonds, (pressure, heat, carbon?)

:shake: I give up. I may be a :geezer: but that was before my time.
