Marauder Hats: What Color is YOU!

I decided to put this together after seeing a MM hat selling for $325!!:eek:

This is the plan, I want to have the same exact style hat but make it available in all 4 color's of the marauder. Black with silver logo, silver hat with black logo, DTR with silver logo, and DPB with silver logo. They will also feature the word "MARAUDER" on the back of the hat just like the one's available in the catalog.

Here's the way its going to work. The poll is basically to see how many people are interested in a hat. Once the poll close's, you will have until Sunday evening to post, email, or PM me the amount of hat's you would be interested in.
On Monday when I have the breakdown for the total amount per color, I will get a price quote and break it down for you guy's. Once everyone is in agreement, I will post up payment arrangement's and I will put the order in. It may take up to 2 week's for all of them to be completed and for me to get them all sent out.

In case you are wondering, I will ship to Canada and yes I will ship to every member that live's in Canada.

The original hat had black thread and the silhouette and outside rim were in silver. That could be the same for all four colors, with the color of the hat being the only difference. It looks like they did it in two passes...first the black thread solid circle, then the second pass with the silver detail for the outlines.

Check the first post of the thread. After seeing the ebay hat up close and looking through the catalog, I can make the same quality hat in all 4 color's.

These will have the adjustment on the back with a clasp. They are supposed to be more comfortable and act as a fitted hat. Ill send for a sample to be sure.

Paul, the latest design uses a velcro closure strap that does away with the older plastic thingey with the snap holes that was replaced with the clasp. The new velcro ones are a vast improvement, IMHO. :)

Paul why not just wait a little while and have Ford officially license them? Sean had the ZIPPOs does that way and now they are worth much much more. IM sure people would rather have officially licensed merchandise for their coollection. Just my opinion....

Not necessarily. Licensing wont jack up the price. People will jack up the price....

Also, the younger generation would like to have a Flexfit or fitted cap. Would this be possible? I have found a few vendors that will make them in flexfit for little to no increase in price.......
