svt alive or dead ??

in the 1995 i remember ford mustang engine was a 351, i think all where white ,no air, no back seat ,etc. i also had a ford lighting truck,with supercharged had a nice kick when boost came on. i noticed most new mustangs the really hot ones, are saleen,or shelby and roush. ?? ralph sr.

The Cobra R had the 351. The regular Cobra's had the 5.0 until '96 when they switched to the 4.6l. And yes, SVT was officially "killed" I believe in beginning of '07 or '08. However, the Shelby has SVT badges on it.

cool truck'n all but i cant see it selling very well. i think SVT should stick to street car/truck performance
