This past Monday late afternoon I sent Brian an Email with questions about custom Sill covers and Pedal covers. He instantly emailed me back answers. I emailed what I wanted based on his input and he again got back to me with instruction on how and what to order. It was easy, self explanatory and no need to use on line crdit card #s. :2thumbs:I expected with the custom lettering that it would take a couple of weeks. Oh, No! I received an email today that my order has been shipped and will be here Tuesday. Now this is what Customer service is supposed to be. I was informed of every step including a confirmation of my order and when to expect it to be shipped. I would recommend to anyone Brian and SRP racing and respectfully add that any vendor having customer relations problems might contact Brian for the formula to success.
