MM Sighting--Angleton, Texas

I was going to court in Angleton today about 12:30 pm. Saw a MM with a couple of antennas on the back deck sitting in the courthouse parking lot. Thought it might be a LEO, but looked inside and didn't see any equipment that looked like LE. Couldn't even see the radio that those antennas were for. I left my card and a note about this website under his wiper blade.

Hey Ross I used to be a cop in Angleton...did you go to city or county court? I will call some friends down there and see what I can find out.

I was at the main county courthouse. The MM was parked in the lot across the street next to the church.
